For the past 2 years and 4 months, I have been in the process of recovering from burnout. Prior to this, in my working career, I dedicated long hours to various roles, including community work, lecturing, and providing advocacy support to parents. Juggling these responsibilities alongside being a working mother of 2 daughters was often demanding, especially for a perfectionist like myself.
